This site (stocks.truthtracking.org, "the Site") is operated by VoxStar LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you ("you", "the user") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any term, do not use the Site.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Effective Date at the top of this page indicates the latest version; material changes will be highlighted in a visible location. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance.
🎯 2. Nature of the Service
The Site is an independent non-profit prediction-audit project. It extracts time-bound, target-bearing stock predictions from publicly published finance video and social content, then verifies them against historical market data after the prediction horizon expires. See 📐 Methodology for details.
This Site does not provide investment advice. The "simulated P/L" shown is a stylized backtest model (each prediction treated as a $1 position at video-publish date, closed on horizon date) used to score prediction accuracy, not to recommend trades. All content is for general informational and academic purposes only. Do not base investment decisions on content here.
📋 3. User Conduct
The Site is a read-only publication; we do not accept user accounts or user-submitted content. You may:
- Read and quote Site content, with attribution and a link to the original source video
- Submit correction requests or removal requests via email at contact@truthtracking.org
You shall not: bulk-scrape Site data for commercial use, conduct denial-of-service attacks against the Site, circumvent technical measures, or use Site content to harass any pundit personally.
🛡️ 4. Content, Copyright & Fair Use
Site references to original video and social content rely on the U.S. doctrine of fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107 for purposes of news commentary, criticism, and academic research. We quote only excerpts necessary for verification, and link to the original source (URL + timestamp).
The Site's prediction-audit output (verdicts, tier grades, simulated P/L, statistical aggregates, visualizations) is owned by VoxStar LLC and may be republished with attribution and non-commercially.
If you believe the Site's use of your content exceeds fair use, please submit a DMCA notice or removal request via 📮 Corrections & Contact.
⚖️ 5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- "Hit / Miss" verdicts judge the prediction, not the person. The same rules apply to every pundit regardless of language, market view, or ideology.
- VoxStar LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including investment losses, business losses, reputational harm) arising from use of or inability to use the Site.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxStar LLC's aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.
