My guess is he's not going to be able to cut rates anytime soon unless there's something that breaks that we're not seeing right now. But it looks like rates are probably going to hold steady through the summer and there's a risk of them starting to go up in 2027 and we'll see if they can do that without breaking something. So those are my thoughts on the market. Um you know pal I think he did a good job. I think he made some mistakes like we all do. Um but if you're honest with yourself again we all make mistakes and just because you're on the you know one of the biggest stages doesn't mean you're immune to making mistakes. Everyone's going to make mistakes. We do the best. We learn from them. We move on. I get things wrong, you know? I mean, I've been wrong about a thousand things since I started this YouTube channel.
